Job Vacancy - Florist
As a Florist, your primary role is creating flower bouquets & other arrangements to handle daily orders. Meanwhile, maintainng a clean and tidy workspace while fulfilling these responsibilities.
Additionally, you possess basic knowledge of types of flowers, foliage, and shelf life.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make floral arrangements according to production schedules.
- Ensure floral arrangements meet our quality standards and client preferences.
- Keep track of materials, equipment, and products in inventory.
- Create and refresh in-store and window displays to improve the shop's appearance.
- Clean flowers and foliage for storage.
- Unpack and arrange incoming stock.
- Carry out regular cleaning duties to keep the shop neat and organized.
- Be ready to handle extra tasks as required.
Requirements:
- Prior floristry experience is preferred but not required.
- A genuine passion for flowers and interacting with people.
- Strong sense of urgency, responsibility, focus, and discipline.

You support the marketing team and help with various tasks related to marketing campaigns, promotions, and advertising efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the implementation of marketing activities for campaigns, promotions, publicity, and online and offline advertising.
- Plan, create, and design social media posts (videos, photos, stories, and feeds) for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Xiaohongshu.
- Handle daily marketing administrative tasks and perform additional duties as needed.
- Conduct market research to spot trends and opportunities.
- Research competitor products and services extensively.
- Offer advice and assist customers.

You assist the content creation team and contribute to various tasks associated with content creation, research, editing, content development, promotion and other related initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- In charge of curating content for the company's social media platforms, which involves generating ideas and crafting marketing materials, creating posters and videos, conducting post-production shooting, editing, and delivering the final video output using mobile app-based editing tools.
- Plan, create, and design social media posts (videos, photos, stories, and feeds) for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Xiaohongshu)
Keep an eye on the traffic and viewership of recent posts, making sure to respond promptly and enhance traffic metrics when necessar
- Interact actively with followers on social media platforms to ensure swift responses to their messages
Requirements:
- Having prior experience of at least one year in new social media operations (Facebook, IG, TikTok, Xiao Hong Shu, etc.) is considered an additional advantage.
- Competency in both written Chinese (CN) and English (EN) is essential. Additionally, familiarity with technology and online marketing tools is mandatory.
- Having experience in marketing agencies, e-commerce, or direct sales would be an extra benefit.
