Great experience with this florist! They were very patient in explaining flower replacements when some blooms were unavailable and kept me informed throughout the process. I also needed to change the delivery time, and they were very helpful in coordinating the arrangements to ensure the flowers arrived on time. Ordered a cappucino rose bouquet for Mother's Day, and the flowers were beautiful - wrapped with a lot of care, and delivery made sure that my mother received it (Pic 3). Five days later (Pic 1and 2), the flowers are still going strong, which means that the florist used really fresh and promising stalks with buds that would open, and preserved the flowers well for sending! I placed order last night, and the delivery arrived as promised this afternoon. The flowers cum fruits basket is exactly as shown from their website ,it's fresh and arranged beautifully. The service is awesome, florist sent the photo of the product before delivery and they also update me with another photo of my dad receiving it. They are very thoughtful.
