Certain flowers, wrapping papers, vases and other items may not be available due to seasonal differences or inventory shortage. We reserve the right to make substitution with similar materials or items that are of equivalent or greater value at our discretion, without prior notice.

Kindly notify us if you are not satisfied with our product within the same day. We ask that we are given at least 24-48 hrs to investigate and to determine what has occurred. If it is found that we are responsible for whatever reason, we will offer a replacement product.
